“Same as everyone else, waiting patiently since March, no replies to my emails no products coming in the post. Went to Nourish and had my products delivered for free in 48 hrs, so guess who I will shop with from now on. Seeking legal advice now as I want my refund”

“Wish I had read these reviews before ordering in March! Same old story, no item sent and no refund so far despite several emails from me, luckily I only spent £13 - AVOID at all cost - SCAM!”

“Ordered sanitizer from them the second week of March. They were gouging on the price, but of course I needed it as I am an essential worker that travels. They switched brands and then cancelled the order a month later. They still have only credited me for one of two orders. The other order was for my 86 year old mother. Keep contacting them with customer service ticket numbers and no response. If you do buy something make sure you use a payment method that will help you with the dispute.”

“SCAM SCAM SCAM Be warned and do not order from this website Clippers ordered 23 March with est delivery date 10 April No delivery, no updates, no customer service so cancelled order on 13 April. Now over a month later and still no refund despite numerous emails - just meaningless responses such as IT system down, an agent will be in contact etc etc. Now no responses at all and no refund. “This company is a big scam. I ordered and still received nothing after a month. Then I decided to cancel the order. I contacted Carethy. They promised I would have my refund in 14 days. Now it’s two months and they totally fail to transfer me. What a big DISAPPOINTMENT ever. So don’t shop at Carethy if you don’t want to be robbed of. My order number is PHA-NL-2003201330176d5”

“I ordered products on the 1st of March, then i had to cancel the order since i never received it. Now i have been chasing them for 2 months to get my full refund which is above 100 Euro. Scam and shitty company! i hope to get my money soon, be aware, dont buy from them.”

“I have not get my order handgel 5liters. they sent an tracking nummer that says that it has been delivered Very bad company Money lost and no order. Schame, companies like this should be vorbidden. I recommaned not to order . You cant call them, they do not replay an email. Very bad company.fake do not order. They lying about evereything. Evereything is fake , te whole compact.”

“Absolutely disgusting how this company treats it's customers. Ordered over a month ago and still no delivery. Since the day of ordering the tracking status is still processing. “I ordered 2x pkts of six soap cakes, one delivered and Six cakes of luxury soap missing, Maja soap in an Orange pack missing ? Haven't replied to one of my Emails.
