“Product ordered from Carethy in August 2019 and never delivered. Multiple emails sent but no delivery and no refunds. THIS IS A SCAM SITE. DO NOT USE.”

“Scam company - do not use. Still awaiting refund from January 2020. They reply to negative reviews but still don’t refund monies. Apparently their systems have been down (since January?!?) and I am in a queue to receive my refund. DO NOT USE!!”

“Complete CON! Delivery never arrived I was then ignored by customer services until I messaged through Facebook. They said it was dispatched a couple of days later it was lost. They asked for a photo ID for a refund very suspicious so I refused to send a copy of my ID. I never received my refund. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!”

“Placed an order mid march and still haven't received it, I've emailed them twice with no response, I would avoid this company, seem like scammers to me, I'll take it up with PayPal and report it as fraud. Avoid avoid avoid.”

“ARE YOU THINKING OF PURCHASING FROM CARETHY? If you are, then please re-consider. I have reported them to ACTION FRAUD: https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/ I urge everyone who has not received the item(s) they ordered and paid for in good faith, to do the same thing. I ordered a product in January that I did not receive and since then they have refused to give me a refund. They also continue to send me offers on products.”

“The worst online store ever!! I've sent 2 emails and received just auto responses. No one replied o fb too! My order should be delivered between 20-26 March. I have sent a third email with request to response within 24 hours, as advised on their web page. If they do not response,I think I'll contact citizen advise, as I can see not I only have problem with this company. It is not fair that you pay and do not receive the items and they do not stay in touch with you.”

“I didn't received 2 ordered items and didn't received the refund. During 3 month customer service was telling me that they have a problem with returning money, and after my 3rd letter when I can expect it just didn't answered. No products and no refund”

“Horrible experience. Was promised delivery by 3/20/20 and still shows processing for the past month. Horrible customer service and will need to probably dispute though my credit card company. I will never use this company or recommend them. Shouldn’t even be 1 star.”

“SCAM and PATHETIC CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! I ordered "Purell Hydroalcoholic Hand Sanitizing Gel" (2x 500 ml).. Without my permission you sent me another cheap brand of Hand Sanitizing Gel, you never replied to all my emails asking the price for the replacement and you shipped anyway even though I did ask for a refund. You have no right to do that.. Your customer support is not responding to my emails. You cannot cheat people because of the Coronavirus situation. This is pathetic!!! I need full refund.. I have seen that there are a lot of people in my situation here, I will get in touch with them an proceed with a legal action. What you are doing is ILLEGAL!!!!”
