your company sucks, i was expecting unlimited no. of runs and was very disappointed, it allowed me to run 4 or five only.

I was abroad when I paid for a CARFAX report on a vehicle I bought and was not able to view it until sometime later when I returned to the computer world only to find that it had already been deleted by them. I should have donated these funds to charity. It would have been better spent.

I'm from New Mexico, I traveled to Colorado to purchase a car and it turned out not to be what I wanted.. So I had a friend take me on a car search... I came across lots of nice looking cars, but I carfaxed them to find out the history and wow just about every car had issues, 8 cars til I found one, and they all posted they had clean titles.. Be aware of the scams check the history and save yourself future car drama.. Thanks carfax..

Carfax is useless, i know they can't know everything but there are hundreds of thousands or cars sold every week at auctions that have been in very severe accidents w/ clean titles but yet when you car fax the vin a lot of the vehicles show no wear or tear. This is a problem for the costumer who is trying to protect themselves and very innocently buy a expensive, i should say, report that those not show the important events and details of a lot of the cars that have been totaled. I am working to gather a group of people to take a class action law suit and stand up to this unjust company charging costumers too much for unimportant information as well as open complaints with the Better Business Bureau to get to the bottom of this.
