“Horrible customer service and overpriced”

“As a carfax customer for 16 years, this company cares nothing about the dealerships that spend thousands of dollars a month with them. No customer service whatsoever for an overpriced report. Autocheck saved us $4000 a month. Only wish we’d have switched sooner!”

“Purchased a used 1976 Triumph TR6 from Boca Classic Motor Sports. The car was delivered within a week from the time the funds were transferred. I love the car. It is everything I'd hope for and more! Lou was easy to do business with and represented the car well. Excellent followup throughout process.”

“There was no question as to the evaluation from Carfax as to what real dealers were selling their cars for rather than the ones that marked up their cars with accidents. It became a valuable tool in deciding which dealer to work with and which car is worth quality.”

“This was my first CARFAX, I was amazed at the amount of detail in the report. I had purchased a used Car and wanted to know the complete history. Also provided a copy to my mechanic, to review history and previous maintenance. This saved me money in the end by knowing certain services had recently been performed. These service are now scheduled for future mileage marks.”

“you had my car listed structural damage. i proved that it didn't & you removed the structural damaged report. only through my diligence did this get done. the average person would have been screwed. you should be paying me to review who ever you have writing the reports.”

“The fact that none of it can be proved, that any willy nilly can claim work was done or not done, the fact that a dealership mechanic can add or not add to it. Biggest waste of my money ever as I got stuck with a pos car based on a car fax reported cant even get my money back. FU CAR FAX.”

“The Carfax report included a lot of good helpful history information about my son's 2006 Mustang GT. The information gave us the confidence we were looking for when buying a 14 year old car. We will definitely use Carfax again.”
