“I am having an awful experience of customer support from Car Finance 247. Sales team were great when taking out finance with them but once I contacted them to say I wanted to return the car to the dealer due to numerous issues from day one of driving the car away there support was none existent. I have had to repeatedly call and email them. I returned the car to the dealer on 5th March. I received a phone call from Car Finance 247 3 days later to ask if I had returned the vehicle which I stated I had. I was told by the person who called me they would contact the dealer with regards to having the funds sent back to them to end the finance agreement. I have heard nothing more from them. I called Moneybarn today to ensure the finance agreement was closed to be told they have not received any funds from Car Finance 247. I called Car Finance 247 to be told the case handler has not invoiced the dealer and that someone will contact the dealer today. This should have been done weeks ago. I cancelled my Direct debit for Moneybarn expecting this to have been resolved by the time the first payment was due on 30th March. I am now concerned they will try and take a payment and this will affect my credit score. If you do decide to use this company hope and pray you have no problems with the vehicle and need to return it to the dealer as the aftercare from this company is awful.”

“Terrible customer service, terrible company recommended a car from a garage the car was faulty when we bought it had an assessment on the car we have proved the car was faulty before purchase but 247 are fobbing us off saying they will get back to us all the time. Now having to go through the financial ombudsman to sort it as these are so useless.”
“I agreed to buy a car and was advised to buy the additional sales packages, including window tinting, servicing and car insurance. Then to be informed by the relationship manager two days later that this is incorrect and the insurance is actually extra. They agreed that this was misrepresentation and offered me a discount of 1000aed. however due to this my trust in them has gone. I do not want the vehicle, all I have requested is the 600aed deposit returned. Still no conclusion,”
“Used their recommended firm, Swale Car Shop, who has missold us a cat s as full road worthy, a criminal offence, now left without a vehicle for weeks. Do not buy from here or via carfinance247 they will then completely ignore you or if they do talk to you mislead you and breach FCA rules.
Claim they do not sell finance and not open 247 so name is even complete lies AVOID AT ALL COSTS”
“They false advertise saying you can get a loan with poor credit and if your earnings are more than £1000 a month. You have to have a guarantor even though I'm earning £2000 a month. They waste your time and lie to you.”
