“ I am writing regarding a refund request for the prepayment made for a car rental under the above-mentioned booking reference. ”

“ Even this star is too much!!! Biggest scammers ever! Our flight had a delay and they cancelled our car for the whole week! Flight details were provided to them, but was not forwarded to car dealer. They don’t respond anymore via email. They won’t refund us. This is so wrong! Too bad I didn’t do my research before booking! But I won’t stop tell the whole world about them! ”

Do not book with this company. ”

“ I do not recommend this company, on the rental website they cheat that you can use a debit card, so they want to get a higher fee for renting a car, then they claim that you do not meet the rental criteria and they do not want to refund the money, shame on you. ”

“ I only gave 1 star as I cant give 0. I paid for a hire car on the website, went to Eurocar the next day with my 2 children and they didn't have a car for me. They told me I would be fully refunded by Car Jet as I haven't had a car and still 3 weeks later no refund and no communication at all from Car Jet!! Please can someone contact me and give me my refund! Avoid this company!!! ”
