“Carlile lending lied to me. I told them repeatedly I would not buy down my loan or pay points. I made this crystal clear yet on document signing day, with the notary there was a surprise item of point buydown costing me over $3500 . I was faced with either losing the deal or sign the document so the deal would go through. When I made a phone call to Carlisle they made excuses saying yes they remember those conversations with them where I explicitly said I would not be paying points, but that they had always disclosed on paperwork I would be so it was my fault for not having seen it earlier. This may be correct, BUT my bad for trusting they would follow through on what I asked them to do. In the end they screwed me out of $3500 to make the deal happen. I do business with people who have integrity. I will not be using them nor reccomending them to anyone.”

“Working with the Carlile was like a sigh of relief. I supplied what was needed and the Team moved accordingly and efficiently to get my loan funded and closed. I received my keys blessed-fully within about 45 days of starting the process.. Thank you Team….”

“Christine is a fantastic agent. She prepared us in advance for what to expect in the selling process and kept us informed every step along the way once the house was ready for market. Our house sold after the first weekend and then Christine was there through every step of the closing. She was tenacious with the buyer ensuring they completed their obligations as they promised and in a timely manner. You won't find a more diligent and devoted agent.”

“Carlile Realty & Lending went above and beyond to get me into my first home. They worked day and night and did ever thing they could. I was discouraged when my original lender couldnt help me. Aaron and his team came in to the rescue and not only got me into my first home but was also there for me to refinance my first home at an even lower rate. I will never do any home loans or refinancing with any other Lender. Carlile Lending has my family and I's business for as long as we are around.”
