“I booked flights to Sri Lanka for a last minute emergency in August 2022 with Oscar and he has been very helpful and even when there was a change in the flight schedule he kept us informed and make all the necessary amendments to ensure we had a seamless flight. Thank you once again Oscar for all your help.Would highly recommend Carlton leisure for their great deals and customer service.”

“I have used carlton leisure on 4 separate occasions now, there was a misunderstanding on our last agreement, the first 3 times to Japan and Thailand were processed really well, and i have no complaints. Sometimes things go wrong but Carlton leisure have explained the situation to me , and its now resolved. they have been very helpful. Garry”

“I brought flight ticket. Paid £700 Return journey cancelled by air line. Air line asked me to fly different date for the return journey so I booked a ticket with different airline carlton leisure refunded only £150 after many emails and calls and it took 3 months ... Don't buy tickets from CARLTON leisure. Poor customer service and scam people money”

“Absolute shambles off a company, Kim lied to me repeatedly about my flights being cancelled home from Sri Lanka , I bought new tickets costing hundreds of pounds , only to find out that Qatar had not cancelled my original flights. Avoid at all costs.”
