From reading reviews it sounds like you are good as long as there are no complications such as cancelled flights, typos by your staff or customers, an problem which requires a change in ticket .... But it also looks like your working on improving customers service .... Have you?...if we have a problem are you there for us?... or is that not a service which comes with your discount fares?
