Thank you for your feedback. Our carbon copies are actually carbon-less. They are a special paper that has ink bubbles inside that essentially burst when pushed down with pressure from the pen. We always encourage our customers to use a good amount of pressure and it should resolve the issue. If it does not, please contact our Customer Service team with your concerns!

Despite this, they worked with me to correct the issue and sent me new checks for a nominal fee. I felt this was fair given the circumstances.
