“Other check companies, you sign in and can just verify your information, I have to start from scratch every time. The checks are on thinner and of lower quality paper than we prefer but we cannot find the patriotic colors anywhere else. The boxes of checks that arrived were damaged and busted. 1000 checks in a box should be in a sturdier box....the 500 checks I originally got were in a much better box! Both boxes were damaged but one was completely busted apart and had been taped back together by the shipper on 4 sides. It would help if there was an order notification and/or a shipping notification.”

“I wish that your duplicates were readable. The paper and ink are too difficult to read. Need another vendor for the duplicates so that one is able to read them.”

“All I can say is the checks better be perfect because they are a week late. I ordered checks for my 95 year old mother who is a shut in. The order form said they would be delivered in 2 days. which would have been May 25. It's May 30 and DHL says they won't be delivered until tomorrow, May 31. My mother's bills will all be late now. I'm glad to have a place to order checks other than her bank that was giving me a hard time about ordering for her, but if delivery is going to take a week Carousel should just say so from the get go.”
“I purchased three on a page business checks. I didn't like the left "stub" where I record the deposits and check amount because there wasn't a line for any Other amounts that might need to be subtracted.”
“The paper quality is slightly thinner for a company check. I paid for quicker delivery but it was not delivered any sooner. I do have some checks that have black smudges at different areas of the checks. I was in a time crunch and needed smaller quantitiy becasue changing company name. I will probably go back to my previous supplier”
“The price for the checks was $45.94. Adding on your charges for tax,handling & shipping the final charge came to $75.95. Good for Carousel but bad for the customer.”
