If you feel that you received incorrect checks, or the design doesn't look the same as expected, please reach out to our Customer Service department and we will send out a new product to you at no charge. “Ordered 400 duplicate checks. When I went in told her what I wanted. 7 days later received in the mail but were just the standard checks. I went back carousel checks with my order told her. She offered to redo but I said no I’ll keep. She then offered $30 credit to my card. I said ok . Got my credit. So everything turned out alright in the end. So I want to thank you for that.”

“My order had not arrived in a timely manner. I called customer service, and they immediately issued another order for me, and had no charge. In a couple of weeks I received a total of two boxes, and I called customer service to ask them how much I owed them. They would not take any money for the extra box. I think this is excellent customer service, and I will continue to order from this company.”
