“This is the 2nd time that the delivery time was later than estimated even when paying the extra fee for faster delivery. It has been 9 days so far without delivery. It would have been faster using USPS instead of DHL. Won't be using Carousel in the future.”

Since you selected Ground shipping, which typically takes 6-9 business days, your order was delivered on November 8, 2024 — 4 business days after it shipped, which falls within the expected delivery window.
If you're looking for faster processing and shipping in the future, I would recommend selecting our Plant Rush option, which reduces the production time by 2 days. Additionally, we offer expedited shipping methods for quicker delivery.

“The check price was ok and the binder price was ok, but the shipping charge was really bad. Unfortunately, they kind of sneak the shipping charge in when you hit the order now button. I regret the purchase for that reason. Way too high shipping charge.”

“The routing number was entirely incorrect and they placed a meaningless 3-digit number between the account number and the check number.
