I expect more from a company like yours. The account number was wrong and the bank rejected them. It has been a nightmare.

The checks I ordered are of the poorest quality. I would highly recommend to NOT order from this company. I ordered business checks and not only did the checks not come as expected, the paper is so thing you would think it was printed on a tissue!

This is the 2nd time that the delivery time was later than estimated even when paying the extra fee for faster delivery. It has been 9 days so far without delivery. It would have been faster using USPS instead of DHL. Won't be using Carousel in the future.

Since you selected Ground shipping, which typically takes 6-9 business days, your order was delivered on November 8, 2024 — 4 business days after it shipped, which falls within the expected delivery window. If you're looking for faster processing and shipping in the future, I would recommend selecting our Plant Rush option, which reduces the production time by 2 days. I AM SO MAD! I SEARCHED FOR DISCOUNTS AND YOUR SITE GAVE ME THE BEST??? UNTIL I PAID FOR MY CHECKS.... THE TOTAL WAS $19.99 THEN I HIT THE PAY AND MY PAYMENT SHOWED THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES BUT NOT UNTIL I PAID WAS I ABLE TO SEE HOW MUCH THE TOTAL WAS! THAT WAS A CHEAP TRICK. I WILL BE CHECKING TO SEE IF YOU POST THIS. LAST TIME AND HONEY I HAVE 6 CHECKING ACCOUNTS!

The check price was ok and the binder price was ok, but the shipping charge was really bad. Unfortunately, they kind of sneak the shipping charge in when you hit the order now button. I regret the purchase for that reason. Way too high shipping charge.

The routing number was entirely incorrect and they placed a meaningless 3-digit number between the account number and the check number. . Didn't realize it until I started receiving late notices because my checks weren't going through!!! Total hassle and a somewhat expensive error.

They go straight from the ordering platform to our presses. Whatever information you put into our website will print on your checks. We would love to do a free reprint of these for you. Worse checks - can’t rip off - all the checks are glued together at the top Have to use a box cutter to use each check- I’ve never suffered so much trying to use a check Today again cut my hand trying to get check out from batch - awful awful & I paid higher price from other check manufacturers!!!!
