“Bonjour, j'étais déçu pour le fait que ça faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas reçu mon Honda acty truck, parce que d'abord, il avait traîné chez vous (Vous m'avez dit que vous l'aviez remis au garage à cause d'un bruit anormal que vous aviez constaté dessus) Maintenant, après qu'il soit arrivé à Dar Es Salam, il m'a fallu encore autour de 1 mois pour que je l'obtienne (on a dû remplacer la pompe à essence, démonter et nettoyer le réservoir d'essence, remplacer les flexibles) . Bref,on a fait plusieurs interventions sur le véhicule, et en Tanzanie et en Zambie avant que je n'obtienne ce véhicule. Après plusieurs interventions ici au Congo, il roule maintenant bien depuis 2 semaines.Le premier que j'avais acheté n'a pas de problème jusque maintenant. Les besoins d'utilisation sont trop énormes et avoir un véhicule pareil, c'est très nécessaire.Mais du fait que j'en ai un qui ne présente pas de problème et l'autre qui m'a fait dépenser beaucoup avant de l'obtenir et l'utiliser, ça devient un peu trop tôt de faire une évaluation et un peu douteux de le proposer aux gens. Ça, c'est mon avis par rapport à Honda acty truck. Pour ce qui est de Carpaydiem ,Je suis satisfait de vos services, Toutefois, je voudrais vous demander si vous demander si c'est possible D'INSISTER SUR L'INSPECTION DES VÉHICULES avant de les expédier pour ne pas tomber dans le cas que j'ai vécu et aussi si c'est possible de nous insérer une option pour NOUS PERMETTRE DE FAIRE LE SUIVI DE L'ITINÉRAIRE DU VÉHICULE. Pour le reste, ça va. Je viens d'ailleurs d'acheter une Toyota Hilux surf dont j'attends l'expédition. Merci à vous.”
