I was fed lies and excuses until the time limit was nearly up. We left and found a decent company who have also had to start again as the damage has been done. “Dreadful carpenter group - not a choice. Anyone sensible would make and it was my car insurance company that made this decision it is now 1 year 8 months and no further forward, the firm is ran by paralegals not solicitors- my experience is traumatic has taken over 8 months to get a response.
