Still waiting on refund of £170, and for Carphone Warehouse to cancel my order with Vodafone even though I cancelled my order and returned it on 30 November 2 days after purchase (photographic proof of package returned) it is now dec 31st no further forward with my cancellation. Carphone Warehouse say the package was opened and the phone stolen, they have opened a grievance with DPD and refuse to cancel my order or refund me my £170 till this is sorted. Surely this is between Carphone Warehouse and DPD, I don’t understand why I am being penalised when I cancelled and returned package within 14 day cooling off period. Call centre Customer service agent was rude and aggressive and displayed no empathy, constantly talking over me and reciting Carphone Warehouse policy with no consideration to the customer!!! Poor show Carphone Warehouse/currys

I eventually got a call from customer service on the Monday and got £100 compensation which doesn't even cover wages lost, phone calls or my trips to carphone ware house here.

Four days later after paying excess for insurance claim, 2 days off work waiting for it after getting told when it would arrive.. now told they don't know where it is, stuck somewhere.. not my problem I paid my insurance I paid my excess.. get another phone from one of your many shops delivered to my address. After hours and hours of frustrating phone calls, Carphone Warehouse staff no help at all.. nobody in charge, nobody seems to know what's going on.. and nobody getting in touch with me to tell me, I have to ring them.. poor poor service

Awful customer service!! I've been waiting for a bloody refund since December, they keep telling me it's been processed, when I get back to them saying I have not received anything, their answer is that they are looking into it and I should allow 3-5 working days...it's been 2 months ago and still nothing. Frustrating and appalling!

Worst customer service experience I have ever had! I ordered a new Samsung Galaxy S21FE which was advertised as minimum £150 cashback when you trade in ANY smartphone in ANY condition.

The response? A shrug of the shoulders and told to email customer service! Really? So customer service was called and after waiting 40 minutes to get through I’m told that they can’t do anything and it’s a store issue.
