Do not buy electronics items from Carrefour.
The 86 inch Tv I bought did not even work for a day. Now on my 12th day running from pillar to post for a refund or replacement. But carrefour doesn’t care once the payment is done.”
“If I would be able to give 0 stars, i would! I ordered a dishwasher online, among 5 other kitchen appliances including fridge, washing machine, stove top, oven and hood! The dishwasher picture shown as silver and every other specs published / model all correct. But somewhere in the description they mention "white" as in the color is actually white , not silver like shown in the picture. They delivered it and because I was waiting for the kitchen furniture I didn't open it until I was ready with the overall renovation. Now I asked for a return or replacement and they're saying 1. no because it's more than 7 days after delivery (it's 10 days btw) and 2. you opened the package! HOW WOULD I know that it was a different color if i hadn't open the package?! Proper false marketing and horrible customer service and policies ! Unbelievable !!!”
“The worst experience ever with Electrolux, I bought this cooker and from day 1 the oven started making loud noise when turning on the upper fire. I contacted them and even shared the video. They send a person to inspect and he did not even to bother to open the upper fire of the oven and submitted a report that everything is working fine. I am really scared to use the oven and wanted to return the cooker and asked for refund. They are not cooperating and ignoring my request. I bought from carrefour and neither them or the Electrolux are answering. It has been a horrible time for me since I bought and not able to use the oven specifically during Ramadan time. I simply bought a product and I am not satisfied with it and need my money back. Even the cooker box still in my house. I need prompt action. I would have added the video here but they are only allowing photos. A prompt action is required.”

“All the items I received are all wrong! The receipt attached to the bag is under my name and the items listed are the correct items I ordered but inside the bag, all the items are NOT the same as what I have ordered. I did complain few months ago about their service but I did not receive any update. I thought they will improve. Instead, their service became REALLY POOR! “We bought a candy washing machine with dryer from carrefour. After 1 and 1/2 year the machine stopped it's function. Tried contacting the customer care team to attend the issue , very bad and poor service . No attention to the complaint raised even after a week. We had to face so much difficulty as it is winter season. I do not recommend buying this brand and neither purchasing an extended warranty from Carrefour.”
“Worst Customer service and delivery guys are so reluctant, delivered rotten fruits before and almost refused to take them , today they delivered broken eggs asked them to return the driver promised to bring them back since he also witnessed it but he never came back , contacted customer care told me they can’t do anything without proof and they can’t contact the delivery person….. they want to work but it doesn’t favor any commercial company… please try to Change ur approach to such issues we pay money since we need the items not because we want waste”
“I purchased Hisense 65 inch tv last week from Carrefour ibn batuta , while purchasing sales person told tv suports google play store , however later after installation I found out that this model Hisense doesn't support google play store. I went to ibn batuta Carrefour electronics and raised complaint to service desk last week sunday evening 24 Nov 2024. But very poor response from customer service desk. And no response till one week . Neither provided me any option to replace or buy another compatible tv set. Very poor customer service and not at all customer friendly store help desk support. Please avoid buying any electronics from Carrefour. Customer service helpndesk person having very laid back attitude and was not paying attention.”
“Advisory not to buy or order from carreforur app. As they either fail to deliver or may deliver item other than ordered item. Additionally, upon return request, they don’t even entertain returns and neither refund the money. We have lost AED 2000+ and more. Terrible platform to order and is nothing less than a scam.”
“I bought KitchenAid stand mixtue for dhs.2690.. in the app it showed with attachment of a scale... i received only the machine and hooks. When I inquired they said the seller says it will be sold separetely. I asked then Why did u mentioned in the app. They said it was a mistake, we will remove it. Then I asked what are u going to do for what I already bought. They said u already used once, so we cant take it.. I informed the next day and they took one week to communicate . Also I informed and requested to send what they promissed. So I used it once. Since its their mistake at least they should give a compensation or a voucher... without doibg anything they just discontinued the communication. Do not trust online transactions with carrefour, as there is no on to take action if there is any issue.”

Ordered a TV on 15th September and requested for delivery on 6th October.
Even after million of follow ups on calls, messages and visiting the store directly, still have not got the delivery and finally after all the frustrating experience, I am cancelling the purchase.
Terrible customer service experience. Would NEVER Ever recommend to anyone to go through this torture and waste their time!!”

We purchased a tv at the store and they promised to deliver next day.
It's more than 4 days and delivery isn't done.
They promise to call us back based on the complaints made by us and never got a single call back. We have given lot of complaints.”
“Over the last few weeks I've had more than one experience of being charged the wrong price at the cash register (higher price of course), the last of which was last nigjt.
I discovered the error after I got home, so I went back to the store to correct the error and get a refund.
After waiting for what seemed to be an eternity, a manager came and asked what the issue was.
I explained, and she treated me like a criminal.
They were short on staff, so she became a cashier and helped three other people pay until I complained.
She gave me a refund without saying a single word of apology!
When I asked her if she realized her system had the wrong price, she started to say "no that is the updated price," obviously without doing any investigation.
I just left because it wasn't worth my time to argue with her.”
