“Great service and communication - still have a problem with this excess insurance malarkey. why does it exist. The price should include all insurance costs. It's just another Ryan Air type scam to offer a cheaper price and frighten people into spending more”

“The booking process was easy but it wasn't until I received the paperwork that I found out the hire was with Firefly. I have had issues in the past with Firefly not honouring the details of online bookings and would not have used them again if I had ben made aware of which company was being used, so I wait to see what happens when I pick up the car.”

“Quick and effective and one of the few sites that mentioned the new requirement to get a code from DVLA. I just hope the experience when picking the car up does not spoil the initial booking process. As always though the Insurance cover needs checking and specialist 3rd party Companies usually provide better and more competitive cover.”
