“As always, a very fast, efficient and cheap trip to the website. Quick email confirmation of my booking and now I'm just waiting for the final voucher, which (going on past experience) I confidently expect to receive tomorrow.”

“Easy to book, only concern is extra costs for additional driver is unclear until dealt with at the desk when collecting the car. So that may still be an unpleasant surprise. Maybe a guideline would be helpful?”

“Having done some research I found Carrentals to be very competitive. The site was quite straightforward to understand and as I am a pensioner this was a good thing! There was insurance to pay for on top of the quote which I expected and just hope that there are no hidden extras that will be charged at a later date.”
