“Easy to use the search and booking facility. Great prices and good categories showing. However in looking at prices need to be aware of different permutations regarding e.g. 'fuel in tank' when collecting and dropping off as it would not have suited my requirements to have some of these eg 1/4 full in collecting and dropping off etc. Can be both inconvenient to fill up immediately especially when arriving late and may end up adding to costs if leave 'too much' in tank. So just advise to take care when selecting to ensure you have selected exactly the right criteria in your choice.”

“The booking process straightforward. The final point of car pick-up (at Stansted Hilton & not at the Airport terminal car hire venue) not stated until payment completed [I believe]. Would have preferred to avoid shuttle to & from Airport terminal.”

“Booked fine, and I like the free cancellation. There's some confusion with their branding though. I booked at hirecars.co.uk, an email said I came through carrentals.co.uk, and the voucher is from rentalcars.com. Why the confusion of web sites? Why can't I print my voucher directly from my account with hirecars.co.uk?”
