“I was in Spain on holiday and needed to book a car same day. The standard terms are that a booking voucher would be emailed within 72 hours. By calling the help desk the voucher was sent within 1 hour. Great service! Alex”

“I spent a long time looking for cars, in Crete, at a reasonable price. Crete seems to be expensive for car hire. 121 had a very competitive price and the booking process was very straight forward. Confirmation and my Voucher came back by email within an hour.”

“Cheapest car hire by far. Only adverse comment is that the fuel fee payable if car returned with a full tank of petrol is not at all clear.”

“Very good booking site and reasonable rates. Have yet to collect the car so don't know if there will be any unforeseen problems. Would query why two additional forms of ID should be needed in addition to passport and driving licence (one of which has to be a utility bill and one a credit card statement with electronic copies not being acceptable). This seems ridiculous and unnecessary”
