“When I received the confirmation and to find that your site is within the airport complex and not a train ride away. ( unfortunately I had previously ordered a rental car that meant going outside the Airport complex to collect/return) I cancelled. I find that your site also does not actually state that you are within the Airport complex which did not matter in the past but now all these other sites are appearing just outside . the airport complex it would be of benefit to push this home. (I had to wait for your confirmation to make sure that I had made the correct decision)”

“I have used Carrentals previously, and the whole car hire delivery was a very good experience. This is why I booked through them again. However, it is premature to say it was a good experience this time, as this review has been solicited BEFORE I have experienced the actual car hire, so beware of reviews on this site!”
