“Easy to book on car rentals.co.uk Definitely the cheapest prices available. Would appreciate if EVERY hire company clearly stated how much your excess is going to be BEFORE you book. Sixt did but several others waited until booking was completed.”

“Excellent website easy to use and cheapest hire car. Have been using this website for almost 10 years. New feature is the selection of full tank of fuel on pick up and return with full tank - this is great as we find that getting a cheap car hire you end up paying massively for the fuel on collection!”

“All mainly good but the process of picking the car up is too painful. There seems to be too much paperwork being done by the staff on the desks - surely this could all be sorted before. You have all the details from the booking form - why is it not just a case of proving your identity and picking up a set of keys with full instructions on how to find the car. It should take no more than a minute but I waited 30 minutes in a queue of about 6 people with 3 desks being manned. This process is begging for improvement which would keep customers happier and save a load of labour”
