“I love the high quality of your products. You have a vast, vast selection of products. The shipping component is efficient and painless.I have now co-workers asking me to order for them baseball caps and stuff, because they like the unique caps and shirts. The women at work were amazed at the beautiful sweater I just received. I just LOVE my sweater I just received!! (It’s beautiful, stylish, and so so warm for our cold Canadian winters).It looks like my wife now wants to order a sweater for her mom for Christmas. I must say , it’s like opening a up a Pandora,s box. And it was all because of our trip to your Awesome city of Dublin in 2019. We will return someday soon❤️ Thomas”

“I ordered 2 cases of Mini Quiness chocolate pints. When they arrived, all the chocolates where melted and disformed. Contacted the customer service and they told me I'll get a full refund. Now it has been 10 days since they answered and haven't gotten my refund yet.”

Hey there, I'm sorry for the state of the chocolates on arrival! We try to protect our products from breakage in transit, though unfortunately we're unable to ensure their temperature is maintained. Our finance team has been away for a few days recently, but once they return I'll ask them to make this a priority, as this is clearly a long time to wait for a refund for something that's unusable.
