Ordered products for Christmas on the 12th December and they did not arrive in time. I emailed several times and got back the same stock excuse. I live in the north so it should’ve reached me within 5 working days. They did eventually give a refund after numerous emails. Would not recommend, one of the worst companies it have had the displeasure of using.

Hi I am unable to review any of the items as I have still not received them, they were ordered on 16th December and I paid for express delivery guaranteed within 2-3 working days. I've checked the tracking information on fed ex and to my amazement the package has gone from Dublin to Stansted then back to Dublin and back to Stansted again!!!! The package only had to come 1 hour down the motorway to Newry from Dublin! It has been a hugely disappointing process as it was meant to be a Christmas present for my brother I would like a full refund on the products and for the extra money paid for express delivery Regards Ryan Lynch

As I have not yet received them I can't review. Very disappointed I hadn't them for Christmas as they were presents.

I am still waiting. The post office never delivered the gift . They never called the phone number on the gift .I asked you for a post office code so I could claim the parcel but you never even answered me. I have actually visited the island at this stage,and purchased the crisps at the airport, I have delivered them and your parcel still hasn’t arrived. It will be sent back to you since I have no way to claim it. Can you please refund me and we will forget that this disaster ever happened. I feel like going on Facebook to see if it has happened to other people. Brendan

Very negative, they write over 69 euros free delivery, then I buy for 80 € and the result is 27€ of delivery fee. I ask them back: no way. Never more. Customer defrauded customer lost for ever. Be careful. Molta attenzione ⚠️ con questa ditta.

I had the worst service here and with an post. I ordered a gift which I was told would arrive in 3-5 working days which was perfect as I ordered as a Christmas gift. Christmas Eve Eve came and still no update on where it was, I messaged them and was told to track it but an post weren’t scanning updates so I had no way of tracking it not even through an email. I messaged again on Christmas Eve and didn’t get a reply for 4 days telling me what I had heard and not answering my questions. I eventually received this parcel on 8th Jan 2022 - 22 days after buying it!!! (Not 3-5 working days) and considering I live in the country!?? Will not be buying again.

I've waited almost a month to receive my order when it was suppose to arrive within 10 days. Ok it was Christmas period but I ordered it more than 10 days before Christmas and received it 20 days after! Inacceptable! I had nothing to put under my Christmas tree!

Very disappointed. Ordered items some were out of stock and the items received were faulty. Didn't get any notification to advise and had to chase to get a refund!

Never again! So, so slow. Got a small refund without any reason. No invoice to state what was sent. As it was a gift I should not have to ask the recipient if everything arrived. Asked several times when the items would be shipped and was just ignored.

I ordered on November 30 to be sure to receive Christmas. By December 22, I had not received anything. Following my many complaints, they tell me they are sending it to me by express. It's January 7th and I just received my order. The definition of "express" needs to be reviewed. Hyper disappointed. I will recommend more. Exhausting chasing after a command that doesn't arrive.

Was very disappointed in the t-shirt I ordered. From the get go it was baggy/shapeless and after the first wash it was unwearable. Has now been relegated to a night shirt. So disappointing.

Service was a disgrace. Ordered online for click and collect in store, because they say the order will be ready in two days. After two weeks still no news on my order. Had to go in the shop, once there I found out that the order had been ready for days, they just didn't notified me

Very poor service. I had to ring 4 times for the order to be sent. The engraved message was wrong after explaining 4 times of what it should be. I paid the price for 2 whiskey glasses,I received pint glasses with no money refund
