“ordered and paid for three items for click and collect. i had to follow up myself with the store as my last bit of communication was an order confirmation that it was on its way to the store. i went in on christmas eve only to be told 2 of the 3 items were not there, and there was a lot of confusion, as this was never communicated with me prior to going in to collect it on an extremely busy day. i was not offered anything but was told i’ll receive a refund. only today have i received an email stating a refund is on its way.”

“I ordered 8 items and paid for shipping guaranteed to deliver before Christmas. Only one item arrived. Multiple msgs to support were ignored until after Christmas when I was finally told that the other 7 items were already out of stock when I ordered them and the order could never have been fulfilled. When the single item was shipped the notice said it would not deliver until after Christmas so I went out and bought a duplicate. You then refused to refund the shipping charges even though I now have an unused item at home due to your errors. Pathetic service overall”

“It was great to be able to order from Spain using the click&collect system as I was not sure about my friend's address neither if he was going to be in the town during the Christmas holidays. The products looks yummy and beautifully packaged. Ny friend told me it was very easy to collect. Not tried them yet.”

“Unfortunately my first experience was not the best. I made an online order of 2 items for a gift for a family member and over a week after I placed the order I was told one of the items was not on stock. Very disappointing as this also meant that the order had not yet been shipped and I asked about this and got no reply.”
