“I placed an order as I was visiting Ireland and wanted to guarantee I could get gifts for my granddaughter. As this was a genuine Irish business I thought it was perfect, and it was. After seeing the prices of the items I ordered in shops in Ireland I soon realized i had made the best choice. Prices were very competitive, delivery excellent, I received them within a week and got free delivery for order being over £40 I am already looking at items for my next order.”

“I have just received another fantastic order from Carrolls. They can be relied upon to provide quality products and excellent customer service. An item in my order was unavailable and they suggested alternatives and processed the difference in price (credit) for me very promptly. I highly recommend Carrolls; either in person or on line!”

“T-shirt we ordered was not at all what was shown in picture. Colour was completely different. Chocolate leprechauns were disappointing. Crisps over priced compared to other stores for small packet. Other items were fine.”

“Gift was very good as expected, but for one package I waited over a week for delivery. Because the website says delivery time takes 3-4 days and I had already received a different package from them within this time period, I phoned up to enquire, left all my details but didn’t hear anything back from Carroll’s. The package was to be delivered by courier but I was unable to track my delivery, instead it was delivered late by post.”
