“It was great shopping here. I was able to find all the gifts I needed to take home. The best part was if you spent a certain amount they would ship it home for free. After getting home I realized I forgot to get something for my nephew. I went to their website, found exactly what I needed and it arrived in the States within 10 days. I recommend shopping there to everyone.”

“I am very disappointed with my experience with Carrolls. After traveling to Ireland and enjoying your store I wanted to get some additional items once home. My first order went well. My next order led to a disappointing chain of back and forth. 1- ordered 2 sweatshirts and a toddler shirt- the toddler shirt was not in stock, got one sweatshirt that I ordered and another that I didn’t order. I wanted to send back the one I didn’t order but the shipping office told me that I’d have to pay $12 to send even though you sent labels… not worth it. So I just kept the one I didn’t even want. 2- Ordered the sweatshirt that I DID want and got the exact same sweatshirt that I DID NOT want again !!!!!!!! I did not contact the store because I’m afraid it would just happen all over again! Now I have 3 sweatshirts, 2 of which I did not want. Something is going wrong in your delivery department. Too bad because I really like your products!”

“Bought a mug as a gift for a friend. Received emails saying on it's way, at Preston post office, addressed wrongly, found it, on it's way and 3 week later it has still not arrived!!! I could have swum to Dublin and back quicker. What is going on???”

“I ordered a Gift From Ireland Lucky Green Four Leaf Clover Spinner Keychain. The product sku is 40640. It was a surprise gift for one of my friends. My friend and I loved the keychain very much.
