“Very satisfied! The sweater feels high quality and the sizing was correct. 175 cm, 62 kg and ordered an XS. Some problems with the shipping but got excellent from customer service.”

“Ordered a beautiful scarf which was lost in the post so they promptly delivered a new one! A week later, the original scarf arrived and I told them and they let me keep it. Nicola in customer service was amazing! I have ordered stuff from this company before and have always been pleased with any items I received. Would definitely order again as I was very pleased with the service!”

I realised that I needed one more - it was very closer to Christmas and the delivery deadline was gone ; I emailed the company - they were so nice and new jumper arrived the next day ; I really appreciated that gesture.
