Ordered a Guinness glass with engraving. Emailed 7days later to tell me It was no longer in stock and could an alternative glass be given. I agreed and waited another 6 days for delivery. When it arrived, there was nothing engraved on it. Really disappointed as it was to be a gift for Christmas.

Box was received damaged. Luckily nothing that was ordered was fragile.

Easy to order and good product the only downside was it took over a month to be delivered and not the 7_10 working days has stated

One item was missing . I had to contact them. As it was a Christmas gift it would have been nice to know that it was out of stock. I was charged and am waiting to see about a refund

I ordered the Christmas Yuletide Cracker on November 26th and as yet (Dec 23) I have not received it. I had intended to give it as a gift but I now have to go to plan B and find a replacement gift. I know this is coming from Ireland but, given the time of year and factor in the inadequate Irish and US postal system, I would have thought orders either shipped with a different more efficient carrier or a system would be in place to handle the uptick in orders. On top of this - there are little to no updates on the tracking system. The last update was on Dec 17, prior to that Dec 5. https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Track/History?item=LX302409175IE Don't mean to come across as a disgruntled customer - it's only a box of chocolates after all - but I am disappointed that I won't be giving this Christmas gift for Christmas.

I was very excited to place my order with Carrolls Irish Gifts. Their products were unique and traditional. I placed my order at the very beginning of December. Unfortunately, My package has still not arrived and Christmas is now 2 days away. I am disappointed with their lack of response to my inquiry on why it is taking so long, their website says they deliver to the US in 5-7 business days.

I still haven’t received my order! It shipped November 30th and it seems to still be in France. I need it in Canada (delivered) for Christmas Day. Please advise!

Very poor sevice. Package was very late arriving. You failed to print my full postal address on the label. Birthday gift had to be given a week late.

Very disappointed that couldn't choose the option for gift-wrapping or send a message with the gift. In the end, it was just plainly delivered as a normal purchase.

Asked twice by email for a Vat receipt, was told they don't give them - which is actually against the law, as they CHARGE Vat.

Items came broken due to poor packaging, however when I contacted the company and they were VERY accomodating and helpful. I would order from your company again if packaging on the chocolate bombs are better packaged,No packing on the inside of the box so all 3 bombs were free to roll and bang against each other as well as nothing being wrapped in bubble wrap .The order was being shipped all the way to the USA. I could not open the other items to see if they were damaged and still give them as a gift

I wish I had realized before I ordered that the shipment would be from Ireland. Since the purchase price was shown in U.S. Dollars, I got the impression that the gift basket would be assembled and shipped within the United States. Fingers crossed that the gift will arrive before Christmas. Since it still isn't here, I don't can't yet report how it was delivered and how long it took.
