“When I was in Ireland I bought myself the "Feck Off" mug and my mom just loved it. I was so excited when I could find a place to buy it online for her for Christmas! It's perfect and I know she's going to love it!!”

“I sent a gift to my A as inter in Canada, on the 9/11. I contacted the help centre and all I got back was a screenshot of the DHL link which I can check myself. My order is in Memphis ‘out for delivery since 11/11. My gift cost almost €100 and I don’t know where it is?”

“Good selection of items on the website but still haven't received my item from an order placed on 17th November. Based within Scotland so i acknowledge that my purchase is being sent to a non-EU country and recent postal UK strikes have been taken place. Hopefully it will arrive soon.”

“I received the first parcel on 28-11 and was concerned when the second took long as it was a gift of snacks and worried that a postal inspector might be enjoying them.
