“Ordered a beautiful scarf which was lost in the post so they promptly delivered a new one! A week later, the original scarf arrived and I told them and they let me keep it. Nicola in customer service was amazing! I have ordered stuff from this company before and have always been pleased with any items I received. Would definitely order again as I was very pleased with the service!”

“I ordered jumpers for the Christmas they arrived in time and were really good quality . I realised that I needed one more - it was very closer to Christmas and the delivery deadline was gone ; I emailed the company - they were so nice and new jumper arrived the next day ; I really appreciated that gesture. “I ordered 5 of these hampers to be sent to England as Christmas presents. I added a greeting note so the recipient would know who sent them. One person rang to ask was it me and another sent me a note saying they thought it might be me. How embarrassing. I will never order from here again.”
