“I love shopping at Carol's Irish gifts. I will be back in Ireland again in a week and will definitely be shopping in one of their stores. I have actually been buying gifts for all the family members over the last 3 months that I don't want to have to travel back home with. My only disappointment right now is I cannot get connected through the ads in Facebook.”

“While in Dublin, I shopped at Carroll's gifts, and they had a huge variety of items. Once I got home, I noticed I needed some extra souvenirs to share with friends, so with fast affordable shipping, it was easy to purchase additional gifts!”

“The items ordered satisfied mg expectance yet I'm not satisfied of delivery service, ithe order has been sent on 8th of july and on 12th it back to Dublin tracking didnt work as I wished..however after an open ticket I receveid everything on 24th ... delivery service and tracking could be improved..”

“I ordered 40 pairs of wool socks to make as gifts for my family and friends this Christmas. When I got my order, 3-4 pairs of the socks were not usable. Some were unravelling around the cuff already (even though they had never been worn) and one had a toe seam that was never completed or had already unravelled and there was a giant hole in the toe. I am currently using a needle to weave in the ends of the sock wool at the top of the cuff because it looks they the were just cut off the machine and in no way secured to make sure they don't unravels as soon as they are worn. Two pairs of the socks are also just wildly misshapen. I gave two instead of one because the shipping was very late and when I reached out customer service was very helpful.”

“Beautifully made Sweaters! Very fast shipping! The only complaint I have is that the sweaters run small. I had to exchange for largest size of 3XL, which in 'real size' is more of a 1XL. Otherwise, working with this company is a very smooth process around. Love the products, love the service!”
