“My nephew absolutely loved it. He is a boy who loves Titanic. He says it’s his favorite Christmas gift. It didn’t arrive on time but I felt it was better that way since he got it two days after. Thank you for such an authentic piece.”

“Gift arrived damagedand shipping says my parcel got shipped and is still in the US even though it’s not, it was just delivered two weeks later/ Unsure why it was shipped to US when I’m in UK from Ireland. Not environmentally friendly”

“I still haven’t received the Christmas gift that I ordered on 5th December, even though the website said that Christmas delivery was guaranteed at the time of ordering. It’s now 31st December. I’ve sent multiple emails to try and get a refund but as of 31st Dec, I still haven’t received the refund. No one replies to emails. Very poor customer service.”
