“The goods were spot on but the postage was ridiculous........almost to a penny the same as the value of. This is in contrast to Gifts Direct and Paddy Box. Similar contents half the delivery charge . Need a serious revision of postage.”

“On receiving the Sinead doll i noticed a tear at the neck edge of the doll dress, i imediately rang your Customer Supportan left a message requesting a call back, I also emailed a message to Carrolls whick includrd an image of the faulty doll, when I didnt receive a call back or an email from your company i tried calling your number several times, i left several messages but to date i have not had a reply which o must say is extremely bad foĺlow up service on your behalf. I in the end i gave up and repaired the doll as best i could myself, this doll was a gift for my little grandaughter. I would never purchase from your company again as your customer service is appaling. Unsatisified Customer”
