I was very disappointed to discover that your Guinness lighter came without any lighter fluid!!! I really think you need to sort that one out! Also your P&P costs are too high compared to your international competitors. I unfortunately will not be purchasing from your website again despite being all supportive of our indigenous businesses.

The description of the item does not match with the reality. Carrolls Irish Gift describes the kids flat cap 100% wool (just because of that i chose that item), unfortunately it was not when it was delivered. It was acrylic. The photo shown on the website does not match with the item they delivered!! Dishonest.

My order was a gift to someone in Germany. It didn't arrive and I found Carroll's no help. They apparently can't contact the courier. Eventually after about 10 emails I got a refund.

I wouldn't reccomend this company at all. I ordered a package to go to my brother in the US for Christmas in early November and it never arrived. They did refund me when I complained but at that stage Christmas was over and it was too late to send anything else.

I ordered a gift set as well as a few other items including a tin of tea. When my mom received it, the tin was open and loose leaves were all over the box. Perhaps it could’ve been the air pressure, etc. but the tape that was used on the tin was a tiny piece, and obviously didn’t do its job. This was very disappointing as I wanted to, of course, send gifts in good order.

Too bad that the sweater purchased has not yet arrived from 7 April when I placed the order today. I am used to buying almost all of my clothing online, but I have never encountered such a long delay without any warning.

Disastrously substandard. NOT recommended. The company shipped my items to a different zip code in DC (I live in Maine). They confused my (partial) phone number with my zip code. As a result, it has been over 3 weeks that I have been waiting for this package, with date sensitive gifts. The package seems to have been lost in the mail and I am going to dispute this transaction. The company carelessly and negligently sent this package to the wrong address. To add insult on an injury, they are ducking all responsibility. AWFUL experience.

I received the Irish golf hamper after ordering the luxury hamper. I emailed to get the items in the box changed round because I ordered the luxury box for the pocket watch, hat and wallet. But I have had no response to my email. Very disappointed

Delivery did not get dispatched or delivered on time when I contacted the service centre they put a rush on it, but by that stage DHL could not deliver on time. This was a gift box of chocolates for my god daughter, which should have bee there for Easter Monday. It arrived on the following Tuesday.

I am very disappointed in the quality of the bracelet , I have only worn it for 2 weeks and the elastic cord has already shredded and frayed to the point it will snap . how can i go about getting a refund or replacement ?

Very bad. Sent wrong sizes of 2 hoodies I bought. Happened exactly the same to a friend time ago, I though it was a particular case, but apparently you are used to send wrong things. I will Never buy with you again

Not great experience to be honest. Ordered two candles and a hand cream set on a Tues/Wed and got order confirmation. Then received an email on the Sunday telling me those items were out of stock and to pick from another list of scents. Replied to that picking from the list to receive another email advising those were also out of stock. Picked a third time, not ordering the scents or sets I actually wanted. Would have just cancelled the order and ordered elsewhere but it was so last minute hearing about the stock and they were a gift so I had no time to do so.
