“Quality of the items were good however it took 3 deliveries to get my order right. My order is was two personalized glassware items. First delivery completely wrong, second delivery wrong inscription then third was correct. Very disappointed as I needed the items for a gift and took over a week to receive.”

“I'm in the USA and wanted to get Guinness products. Discovered Carrolls and it has been better than I thought. Not only have they delivered great products, I will continue to purchase products from them. I would completely recommend them to friends who are looking for not just Irish gifts but different gifts. One day I'm going to try to make it to their store and buy all that I can.”

“Love everything in this store, the only thing I would say is it need to be more information on the none dishwasher safe iteams I got new grange cups and checked the box and leaflet inside and couldn’t find any information to say if they wore dishwasher safe so put them in the dishwasher only to find the stickers on the actual cups that says not for dishwasher and most of the colour washed off although this was totally my fault a big leaflet inside the box would be a good idea. Love that everything is Irish and always has great offers.”

“Carrolls is the place!! On a recent trip to Ireland with a tour group, I just wanted to go to Carrolls Irish Gifts and stay all day. This was me: "Oh look, a beautiful castle! When can we go to Carrolls?" What a fantastic collection with great prices! Came home and had to order more stuff. FAST, free shipping (thanks for that!!). I am now obsessed with sheep lol lol A+”
