“3 gift boxes ordered. One box damaged, full of dust and ribbon broken. One box has water/liquid damage, dust and ribbon not on the box. One in good condition. (Not perfect) I won't be ordering from Carroll's again. Very disappointed and not gifts I want to hand to loved ones.”

“Die Schnapsgläser und der Pullover haben eine super Qualität. Sehr zu empfehlen. Größe passt wie angegeben. Tipp: die Schnapsgläser habe ich per Hand gespült, da ich nicht wusste ob sie in den Geschirrspüler durften. Sehr schneller Versand, der Support ist super. Bin sehr zufrieden.”

“The whole experience was a disaster! I ordered the Swarovski tree of life pendant. First package went MIA, even though the tracking number said they attempted to deliver at 6:20am... which never happened. 2nd package arrived.. altogether 22days later... In a huge box which could fit a pair of trainers! Not very environmental.. and still the little jewellery box was damaged... Worse of all was the disappointment when I saw the item! You can barely see the crystals.. overall experience.. dreadful”

“A simple gift that brought a smile. During my wife’s trip to Ireland, several years ago, she purchase this very decal but said good bye to it when she sold her car. The decal I purchased from you, which is exactly the same, will now grace the bumper of her new car! Thank you!”

“I've ordered from Carrolls Irish Gifts in the past and I think that their products and after-sales service are excellent. A slight niggle would be that it took 13 days for my last order to arrive. It would seem that the parcel was delayed on the Irish side. It wouldn't stop me ordering from them. I would simply allow more time when placing an order.”
