Pas de critique, le colis a ete envoyé rapidement et les produits correspondaient mais le pot de moutarde avait été ouvert et quand je l'ai ouvert, il a fallu le jeter

really lovely gifts were perfect for my father however although ordered really early to avoid the strikes. The item never left Ireland and the communication was poor

I still haven’t received the Christmas gift that I ordered on 5th December, even though the website said that Christmas delivery was guaranteed at the time of ordering. It’s now 31st December. I’ve sent multiple emails to try and get a refund but as of 31st Dec, I still haven’t received the refund. No one replies to emails. Very poor customer service.

We are still waiting for our order to arrive. The tracking number doesn’t work and it was supposed to arrive in 2 days - 20 days later…..

I have not received my package yet! I received an email on December 8 that said my order was on the way, but it hasn't arrived yet. I placed the order on December 4 to guarantee Christmas delivery and am so disappointed that nothing has been delivered 🙁

I have place an order on the 4th of December, it was sent in the 10th, on the 14th has left An Post in Dublin. Last saturday I got an information that 1 item wasn't sent.. which is strabge because on the 10th I got information that my whole order is on the way to me.. Today is the 29th and I stil haven't reserved my order.. 2 days ago I got information that it was lost.. and I was asked if I want to resend it, I reply that Yes I want to send it again but not with an post but No reply.. I' Berry dissapointed with your serwis, it supposed to be Christmas gift for my mum..

waiting on a response regarding a refund thats due, order wasn’t available, wasnt advised either until it wasnt in the delivery. Had to email to find out!! I wont shopping with you again. If the refund has been sent i will write another review but not shop again

I still HAVE NOT received my order so how can I write a review that you would be happy with. Refund would be good at this point as it was a christmas gift I orderd. I also contacted you through your contact page and I am still waiting for you to reply with an update.

I ordered at the start of Dec for a gift to be sent to new Zealand for Christmas still hasn't arrived very annoyed as there was no info to say there is a delay or evening my tracking hasn't updated since the 10th of Dec

Selected U.K. shipping, way before the Christmas cut off dates, item was accidentally shipped to the United States, tracking still says it’s there even weeks after, Said I would be offered a refund which I agreed to, week later no response and no refund.

Only giving 1 star as there is no lower option. Absolutely awful company to deal with. Ordered 4 weeks ago. Tracking number given was a dud - no Tracking info on it at all, all month. Very slow to respond to email/contact queries. After 3 weeks the reply of "must be lost in transit we'll resend your order", then next day "sorry we are now out of stock, we will issue you a refund soon", still waiting on the refund. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR ANYTHING- would rather go without!!!!!!

I ordered one month ago and the goods have not arrived. I’ve been told uk Royal Mail is the reason for the delay but I’ve had other Royal Mail orders delivered within days..

You jeep sending me emails to write a review, You took my money on 2nd December and I haven't received anything from you. Not even to say my delivery has been delayed. Just give me my money back. ANGRY ANGRY CUSTOMER!!!!!

Order a tshirt, when I got home, I opened the bag and it was the wrong tshirt, keep the tshirt and other the original one again on the Sunday, rang Saturday to confirm collection and was told I could collect it, my daughter went collectit on Sunday and was keep 20 minutes waiting, to be told sold out and did she want to spend the money on something in the shop!!!!
