“I Rang to check when the gift would be ready for collection. Got told it was ready - drove in to get it to be told in the shop that it wasn't ready and would be another 2 hours.”

“Unfortunately the wrong item was sent to me - different to what the picture showed. The customer service was very good in that they sent me another one straight away but unfortunately this was the same as the first one! I’ve given up now and am making do with what they sent me.”

“I was looking for in every gift shop in Ireland Kate Kearney Assorted Fudge boxed gift and could not find it. Finally googled and found it here. Ordered two boxes and received so quickly and safely packed. My visitors were delighted. Lovely sweets, super gift 🎁 and excellent service! 👌 would shop again. Million thanks.🥰🍬🍫🌺☘️”

“My order was different gifts for my family Due to lack of time I ordered online Everything ok, except I expected to receive the envelopes headed like in the shop, and not a box with all the gifts one on top of the other without even be placed individually in a plastic bag For this reason I was not fully satisfied!”

“I never received my package!!!! It was held up in USA customs for weeks. They, customs or FEDEX asked me the ingredient of the chocolate, then how much alcohol was in the hand sanitizer, what brand my sunglasses were, what kind of glasses I ordered, ect. This information should come from your end...I did my best to answer, but then a few days later I got another call from Fedex wanting more info... I was out of town a few weeks, just got home...No package, no refund of my money, no communication from your company or FedEx.....can you look into where my package is, please....”
