I wish I could review my Carrolls Irish Gifts. I have not received them yet. I opened a ticket with them to see where my items are, and I have not received an email back. They say it takes them 24 hours to reply. However, we are nearing 48 hours without a reply. I have to give them one star because I did not receive my items.

I need to return some items I recently bought, but no return slip was provided. I now have to call the company to find how how I go about returning the items. Surely it’s standard procedure to include a return slip.

I haven’t received the gift yet and I’m really disappointed as it was for a birthday gift last month. The delivery time says 7 days max for EU but it’s nearly been a month!

I'll be honest i ordered gifts as i was traveling to usa and delivery date was well inside the time frame. Eventually got an email to say some items not available. The balance eventually arrived way too late.

1. I did not receive my order, and in the tracking link was no information listed. I have family in Ireland and wanted to introduce Irish products to business partners...instead I had to tell them that the products were not delivered. It bothers me even more, because I could have ordered the products over Amazon (send from Carrolls) instead from Carrolls directly. And Amazon provides tracking information. 2. After 2 weeks and 3 emails to customer service I have not received my money back. Nearly 100 Euro were not reimbursed. Very poor business practice. After this experience I can not recommend Carrolls any longer

I have ordered Five or six times from Carrolls, Tayto Cheese & Onion bag, and the bag size is always .42g. However, on my last order, they switched the bag size to .25g. When I sent an email explaining about the wrong bag size they denied I ever received any other bag size except .25 This is not what I expected from customer service, for you to disbelieve me and insult my honesty and integrity. " What happened to the customer is always right."

I still have not received my Gift, Was suppose to be given to a friend who was living a country , I have contacted customer service many times for update , 1st order was in unknown stage , they send second time while I asked them to make sure that reach me before weekend , item apparently arrived on wed, was no use to me any more and I was at work so still at post office and will send it back as soon as I get chance to pick it . Very unhappy customer

Hi, I ordered a driver head cover and it never arrived. When I contacted DPD they said I signed for it even though I never did. They then said to contact you. Pl.ease help

I Rang to check when the gift would be ready for collection. Got told it was ready - drove in to get it to be told in the shop that it wasn't ready and would be another 2 hours.

I never received my package!!!! It was held up in USA customs for weeks. They, customs or FEDEX asked me the ingredient of the chocolate, then how much alcohol was in the hand sanitizer, what brand my sunglasses were, what kind of glasses I ordered, ect. This information should come from your end...I did my best to answer, but then a few days later I got another call from Fedex wanting more info... I was out of town a few weeks, just got home...No package, no refund of my money, no communication from your company or FedEx.....can you look into where my package is, please....

I never received the necklace that I ordered. I paid for 2 day expediated shipping and after 3 weeks of waiting, I gave up this order. Then I got a review request for an item I never received. Very disheartening. This was a replacement of a necklace my daughter bought me in Ireland.
