“I never received the necklace that I ordered. I paid for 2 day expediated shipping and after 3 weeks of waiting, I gave up this order. Then I got a review request for an item I never received. Very disheartening. This was a replacement of a necklace my daughter bought me in Ireland.”

“I had ordered gifts to bring abroad. I didn't want anything tacky, but something useful and something fun. I bought 'Ireland' travel mugs & water bottles. I also bought leprechaun hats (for fun) & Sheep teddies for the kids. Each family got presents in a Wacky Wooly bag. Everything went down a treat! Ordering/delivery with CARROLLS was superb. I had one broken travel mug, sent an email with photos to customer service & a replacement was sent immediately. Highly recommend.”

“Great deal on Irish sweaters, shipped to Vancouver Island without issue, my only complaint is the ridiculous Canadian custom charges i had to pay made it crazy expensive, not Carrolls fault. Stupid scamming Canadian Government.”

“I bought a pair of cuff links for my daughter’s partner who loves Guinness and he was delighted with them. They arrived in good time though the box they came in was quite big compared to the size of the gift. However I re-used the box to re wrap and send on the gift and it kept him guessing until he opened it!”

“I'm glad you contacted me----- I was going to contact you after receiving a second Wacky Woolies coffee mug with the small spoon in the handle. The first one I ordered came without the spoon so I emailed and asked for just a spoon. You sent another mug with the spoon, and I was delighted and very appreciative. We bought 2 when we visited Ireland and they make us smile every morning. I'll check out other gifts you have listed and will order again soon---Christmas is coming!! Thanks, Barbara Robinson”
