“I ordered 3 items. The sweatshirt was the wrong size...misunderstanding of the European sizing. I ordered 2 hat and scarf sets...one was missing the hat, the other was the wrong color. That being said, the customer service to correct these problems was excellent. They returned my calls, sent out new items and helped me get a quick refund on the returned sweatshirt. The items themselves were very good quality.”

“Of course I knew Carroll's before, I stayed in Blanchardstown from 2014 to 2016 and I really enjoyed that time of my life. Concerning my order everything had been on top level. The overview in your shop is grand, the variety of goods is amazing and the quality is always there. The communication had been great, the value always is good and I received my oder earlier than scheduled. Short, all was good and I'll come back to you ASAP. Thank you!”

“Purchased these from home in Australia. Price was much better than Amazon so was a bit wary about quality. Wanted to replace my favourite, purchased directly from St James' Gate, that I couldn't find anywhere else. T shirts arrived within a couple of weeks, much faster than expected. Quality is great. Very happy with the whole process.”
