“Idea was to purchase this to wear for Scotland v Wales match, 11 February 2023. Unusually this was my wedding day so formalities were suspended! All countries of 6 Nations were represented at my wedding so this seemed very appropriate and diplomatic! Unfortunately, I had to live on my nerves and became increasingly frustrated as the delivery schedule was not met. The top actually arrived as I was leaving my car park to go to the wedding venue!”

“First time of ordering from Carrolls. It took 4 days for them to contact me to say 1 item was out of stock. Remaining items in the order had been shipped before I was contacted, meaning there was no option to cancel. The out of stock item was still available via the website at the time I was emailed. Things happen but this isn't really up with the times.”

“The contents of the box was fabulous. Patrick very impressed and enjoyed the chocolates and chips. I was very very disappointed with the service. It was present for my son Patrick for his 21st in Australia. It was never delivered to him. Could not track it. On live chat we were told it was enroute and couldn't be given delivery date. Two days later Patrick got a phone call saying it was in a shop for awhile. This shop not near where he lives as had to walk and get public transport. Overall not reliable Carnel javanagh”

“Disappointed. Aran has a name for quality. The picture doesn't show properly what the sweater is like. It is a very flimsy knit. Iy is held together with intermittent rows of very sparce, flimsy single strands of wool which I fear will break very easily making the sweater unwearable. Also not very warm as a consequence.”
