“Order a tshirt, when I got home, I opened the bag and it was the wrong tshirt, keep the tshirt and other the original one again on the Sunday, rang Saturday to confirm collection and was told I could collect it, my daughter went collectit on Sunday and was keep 20 minutes waiting, to be told sold out and did she want to spend the money on something in the shop!!!!”

“I have subscribed to the 12-month subscription box for my mother. The latest box received included a pair of Guinness socks, an Ireland ornament, a Gnome, a herb candle, a wine glass and a crushed item that I cannot identify...it appears to be a Guinness ornament but it is shattered into a million pieces. I never receive any notification of shipment or what is to be included in each monthly shipment.”
