I couldn't find them in the usual online places and found them here at a great price and very fast international shipping. A little valentine for my husband as a reminder of that very special trip.”

“Ordered two items with 3-5 day delivery. After a week, I got an email to say only one left in Stock. I emailed to request a refund of the out of stock, which was very promptly dealt with but still had to wait another week for the other item to arrive. Very slow delivery.”

“The purchasing experience was positive. Carroll's was easy to order from and responded quickly when emailed about tracking. The glass I purchased was beautifully boxed, and the engraving was done perfectly, as promised. My only disappointment was the weight of the glass. It was much thinner than I anticipated. I was looking for a heavier Pint Glass. The one I purchased seems a bit too fragile.”

“The parcel was delivered after just a few days (Germany), but an ordered glass did not arrive with the right engraving and the gift box. After uncomplicated e-mail exchanges the glass was replaced with the proper engraving and the gift box. A few days later it arrived safely.”
