“The system had a glitch and would not allow the billing address to differ from the shipping address. Finally got it after many attempts. System processed it but I never got a confirm. (I had a screen print though). I contacted then to tell them after a few days when I noticed that it had not hit my credit card and they had it corrected however they refused to offer expedited shipping. Took many emails and a lot of frustration for an error on their part.”
