Very disappointing. My St. Patrick’s Tee shirt was just thrown in the box. It arrived all scrunched and wrinkled. Not acceptable. I wrote to you immediately to state my disappointment and not even an apology from yourselves. Poor show

I ordered 5 of these hampers to be sent to England as Christmas presents. I added a greeting note so the recipient would know who sent them. One person rang to ask was it me and another sent me a note saying they thought it might be me. How embarrassing. I will never order from here again.

I would have really liked to give you a good review. Your range is great and I placed an order that should have been a gift for a dear old lady. But in your E-Mail you said "We would love to hear your feedback on our service" So, there you go. Unfortunately, my package hasn't arrived at all and when I asked over a week ago, I was told that FedEx had handed the package over to a local courier in Germany and that it was no longer trackable. I was reimbursed for delivery costs, but what does that help? I asked more times and finally asked to cancel the order, because it's to late anyways. But for almost a week customer service has stopped responding at all. Nothing will happen with the gift and I am very dissatisfied. I also tell you what I expected: I would have expected my order to be sent express a second time. Then I could have received it in time. If you want to check my case, it's request #816137

Didn’t provide the proper paperwork for US Customs so I notified them immediately and was told it’d be taken care of. It wasn’t and my gift was sent back. Zero follow up correspondence.

I was very disappointed with Carroll’s Irish gifts. I ordered a size 4 (it literally said that in the title) soccer ball. I received this little plush ball that was maybe a 3rd of the size of a size 4 and like something you’d let an infant play with. I emailed them, got a refund, and ordered again. The second one arrived and SAME DAMN THING!! I called and got another refund and asked them what was going on here that I kept getting the wrong thing. I wouldn’t have given them a 1 star rating if they’d acted like they cared even a little and maybe gave me a credit or something like that for getting the order wrong twice. I even asked about this and they said they could not. So now, I’ve went 4 weeks, my son’s soccer league (all the kids are supposed to have their own ball, and this was to be his) is half over and I’ve had to order the ball from another source. After speaking with Carroll’s when the second wrong product arrived, I discovered they don’t even carry a size 4, only a 5 and it looks totally different. It’s completely ridiculous that they can just waste your time due to their inattention to detail on multiple occasions and then refuse to do anything to make up for it, only giving back money that was yours anyway. Avoid them at all costs.

My parcel was ordered on the 16th of January it has been Australia from the 31st of January and still hasn’t been delivered I ordered this to be delivered for a special birthday and I I’ve now been let down could you shed any light into when my parcel will be delivered thank you

I placed an order with Carroll’s gifts on 15/01/24 with a stated 1-3 working day delivery. Today 05/02/24 and I still have not received my order. I have tried to get in touch several times, I was palmed off the first time being told it was the delivery company’s problem and to contact them. Which I have done but also getting nowhere. Made contact again to be told it would be looked into and as of yet have not received anything back. Regardless of the delivery companies policies or failures, I placed this order with Carroll’s and my disappointment lies solely with them and their poor customer service after my order was never received. Perhaps the company needs to look into the lot chose of delivery methods and how to treat customers better.

Customer Service was terrible. I received my order with one item missing and the gift box missing from the custom glass I bought. Called the shop on Wednesday the day I received person I got through to said he'd send the remainder of the order to there dispatch centre and if receive an email once done. I had ordered this and payed priority shipping as it was an engagement present for a friend. Friday rolls around got no email called again they had no record of it being sent to dispatch at this point I just asked for a refund as I needed the gift for that night. Very unhappy with being left in the lurch

Paid an extra 9.99 for the fastest delivery possible and was told it would be 2-3 days. My item wasn't even shipped for atleast 2 weeks and arrived after 3 weeks. I got in contact with support twice and wasn't even offered reimbursement for the additional spendature for the fast delivery option. Very poor.
