Well, I ordered the wrong size Ireland Rugby shirt, so had to reorder and pay more shipping & handling to get shirt in time for Christmas. Now, after (3+) weeks of sending shirt back with more shippping & handling charges, I have not been reimbursed yet….so hoping soon!!

mmmmmmm I hate to give a soso review. Well i got my order but had a few issues My Taytos (18 packages) came flat as a pancake and I ordered 15 of the Traditional Irish Soda Bread kits which came with the wrong instructions on the back (had the instructions for the Guinness Bread) Also had to pay $24.50 Duty Tax before they would release the order from customs I contacted them and they quickly got back to me via WhatsApp and they offered to either resend the Taytos or a full refund. I choose the refund as I didnt want to pay duty again. Nothing offerered for the bread kits with the wrong instructions on back. I have to say that the communication was quick.

I ordered 3 items. The sweatshirt was the wrong size...misunderstanding of the European sizing. I ordered 2 hat and scarf sets...one was missing the hat, the other was the wrong color. That being said, the customer service to correct these problems was excellent. They returned my calls, sent out new items and helped me get a quick refund on the returned sweatshirt. The items themselves were very good quality.

While the wallet I purchased was not the one I expected, it is fine. I wanted to replace my old 'Guinness' stamped wallet. The new wallet is a bit larger.

I purchased items from Carroll's online because I lost all my souvenirs in my travels from Ireland to NY. Unfortunately, when I ordered sizes of shirts, I didn't know that when I ordered Large was actually a Medium in Ireland.

Carrolls have quite a range to choose from, but my online experience with them was not so good. It was a struggle to get their site to work as it was experiencing technical difficulties, so the codes they provided for so called discount did not work. They eventually refunded me for the discount that I did not get. But when the products arrived at my home, some of the products had prices on them that was 6 euro per item less than what I bought it for online. I am not saying I will never buy from them again, but I am not overly positive to buy something from them again.

We never had the opportunity to try it because our package arrived damaged. The Fed Ex driver said the package was wet when it arrived at their facility. My husband did not accept the package because there was also a hole in the box and he saw one of the items broken open and the contents spilled.

The product did not show justice to the price with respect to the size n make quality. Looks cheap. But my poor lil kid who is currently obsessed with ship toys loved it being a model of titanic. The shipping n delivery speeds were awesome👌

My first order was the incorrect color. The shirt was black but had a navy tag. I had ordered navy. After sending an email, Carroll's Irish Gifts is sending a replacement.

The ordered whisky glasses are packed so that they are stuck together. They cannot be removed without breaking the other glass. In addition, one has cracks in it. These glasses were going to be a gift, but now I can't give them as a gift. How do I deal with this?

The items ordered satisfied mg expectance yet I'm not satisfied of delivery service, ithe order has been sent on 8th of july and on 12th it back to Dublin tracking didnt work as I wished..however after an open ticket I receveid everything on 24th ... delivery service and tracking could be improved..
