However there was no paperwork in the parcel,no receipt . or any tips on use,or tips on how to look after the covers etc, not even a clue as to which was which. “Bought car cover to protect my Fiat 500 convertible from the worst of the winter weather. So far it has done a good job. on one morning thick ice on cover, but roof was dry as a bone.
Have still to see how it performs in snow. The only problem I have is what to do with a soaking wet cover, short of standing on pavement shaking the water off all over myself! Any ideas?”

“Started off with unexplained delay in delivery until I checked with company. On eventual arrival the two "breathable indoor covers" which are described as "double-brushed to make it soft", and "soft and stretchy material"! They have the consistency of light cardboard. I have had the misfortune to have previously had the same cover which I disposed of due to paintwork damage caused by its use. Both covers returned as inaccurately described. I await confirmation of refund of return postage! As with previous comments no paperwork with order - neither delivery note nor instructions! Overall impression - sloppy!”

At Cars Undercover we consider our customer service to be of the highest priority.
While we did experience some delays in delivery due to an especially high demand for these covers, we did our best to keep you informed as to when they would be delivered. When they arrived, we sent them using the fastest method at our disposal to minimise the disruption.
Our breathable indoor covers are made out a soft poly-cotton fabric which by nature is designed to be kind on the inside while keeping the car protected on the outside. They are of course fully breathable as well. We have not had a single report of these covers damaging a car in any way.
We, of course understand your trepidation based on experience with cover bought from another company. We have refunded the full amount of the order including the cost of delivery.
